Q4: When I re-order my own products, should I need to pay the mold
fee again?
A: No, we'll keep each mold for 3 years, during this time, you could
re-order without mold fee.
Q5: Do you accept OEM custom design?
A: Yes, we work on OEM/ODM orders. That means size, material, quantity, design, logo,
printing, etc.
Q6: What should be provided when placing an order of Animal
Figurine?
A: Your idea about the material, size, thickness, printing art work,
design work in AI, PSD, PDF, or we can offer the design according
to your idea.
Q7: Can you send free samples for your Animal Figurine?
A: Yes, free samples are available. You just need to pay the express
fee. Just provide your account like DHL, FedEx or you can call your
courier to pick up the sample from our office.
